or 1 T Chipotle Powder

1 T each Garlic Powder, Marjoram, and Salt
2 t each Cumin and Coriander
1t Ghost Dust (Naga Bhut Jolokia Powder)

Jamaican Jerk
1 T Dried Chiles (Habanero, Scotch Bonnet, Red Savina)
2 T Allspice, Thyme
1 T Black Pepper, Dark Brown Sugar
2 t Cloves
1 t each Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Coriander
3/4 t Onion Powder
1⁄2 t Salt

4 T Hot Hungarian Paprika
4 T Black Pepper
1 1⁄2 T Dark Brown Sugar
2 t Coriander
1 t each Cinnamon, Cumin, Cardamom, Salt
1 t Crushed Red Pepper
1⁄2 t Cloves

Sweet Ancho Rub
3 T Ancho Chile Powder
2 T Dark Brown Sugar
1 T each Pasilla, and Guajillo Chilies, ground
1 t Crushed Red Pepper
1⁄2 t each Cinnamon and Black Pepper.
1/4 t Dried Thyme
